The restaurant is open from Monday to Sunday evenings, all year round. Situated on the ground floor of the hotel, with large bay windows overlooking the Etang du Ter, the restaurant is the perfect place to awaken your taste buds and disconnect from everyday life for a meal or a stay in Morbihan.
When the weather permits, the Terrace, which extends the restaurant, can accommodate an additional 40 diners in a friendly, summery atmosphere. The terrace is the ideal place to enjoy memorable evenings until the sun sets over the Ter’s Lake.

The restaurant's menu changes regularly according to the seasons, market arrivals and the wishes of the chef and his team. We offer a varied, refined and contemporary cuisine made with fresh, local and seasonal products.
